  • Tungsten carbide ball seats and Ceramic-Coated pistons ensure maximum operating life
  • Equal thrust on each stroke – produces smooth and even paint flow
  • Control valve metal spool and sleeve for long life, incorporating magnetic detent to eliminate stall condition (Patented design)
  • Sanitary inlet and 1/2” NPT Female outlet manifolds guarantee a smooth internal flow, eliminates paint
  • entrapment for superior flushing
  • 5 year pump warranty on materials and workmanship.

BINKS Maple Pumps are air operated horizontal piston pumps for supplying solvent and waterborne paints, solvents and other suitable materials.

These 15 and 25:1 ratio paint pumps have been specifically developed to meet the needs and demands of the Industrial finishing market to supply smooth and consistent material flow to automatic and manual spray guns.

The pump design combines an energy efficient air motor with twin low shear fluid sections producing a reciprocating motion by using high technology ground steel spool and sleeve air valves to control the air motor reversal, providing a very even and virtually surge free paint delivery. The Binks patented air valve design utilises magnetic detents for the main air valves thus removing the possibility for a stall condition. The air motor also utilises the patented Binks Low Ice quick exhaust technology to prevent air valve freezing conditions when high cycle speeds are employed.

Equal thrust on each stroke due to the horizontal configuration incorporating the dual piston rod design gives a balanced fluid pressure output and reduces fluid pressure fluctuations to an absolute minimum.

The pump features twin exhaust mufflers to control exhaust noise to a minimum. An adapter kit is available to facilitate connection to a remote exhaust system if required.
